Karin Tischler has an M.Phil. in Economics from Oxford University. After her international career as a management consultant and competitive intelligence department head at a leading chain of pet superstores, she became an unpaid care worker and homeschooling mom for 11 years.
After hearing about the struggle many highly qualified and experienced professionals were facing to return to paid work, Karin decided to found Emily’s Path Consulting.
Emily’s Path Consulting’s vision is to educate the business world and general society about innovative flexible working methods to create a more diverse workforce and to increase gender equality.
